It's nice to know that there are still a few folks who are developing for the
pc side of things. :O)

I have never used this file format, but I DID find a web site with
information and links on creating .ico files:

I can hunt around for a suitable Newton lightbulb image that I could then
re-create as a bitmap. Not sure if that's helpful or not...

I'll be curious to learn more about this synching capability you are
developing (whether I'll need to be running MS Outlook or not in order to synch in
this manner).
