[NTLK] Intro page of English section of pda-soft

Hi all,

some time I posted a request for suggestions of how to summarize
what pda-soft is all about because I was bored to death with the
stupid text I had on my introductory page.

This is a public thanks for all contributions. The result is a
conglomerate of all of them, with some small ingredients
I came up with myself thrown in for good measure. The result
