Very eloquent, but I beg to differ.
The Newton will not be dead until it is replaced by a device
(iPhone2, perhaps) that also does HWR. IMO this is a must.
The closest so far is the ModBook and I've "pre-reserved" myself. It
is an OSX machine to start off - with a HWR tablet on top. But it
might just be a little bit too big (for me anyway) when compared to
the perfect size of the Newton.
