[NTLK] ViaVoice speech-to-text on iPhone

Imagine having HWR (OS X Inkwell), predictive text input (PTI), *and*
speech-to-text (STT) all working on iPhone. I choose which I want to
use. There may not be a *best* method anymore. Too much background
noise to use STT? Use HWR or PTI.

As the Newton was innovative, I wonder what viable yet unreleased text
input methods are up Apple Inc's sleeve...
