[NTLK] Problem #1...

Okay, so I got NCU installed and up.
Newton just won't connect. No matter what I try.

Tried Slowdown.exe, won't connect.

Made sure my COM port speed matched the settings in NCU, no dice.
The PDF manual doesn't seem to help much; at least, it's not telling me
anything I haven't tried.

Using a Toshiba Tecra M3 (P4M one point something GHz, centrino, blah blah)
on WinXP.

Am I missing something obvious here?
