How most excellent of you to figure out the decidedly non-trivial
MPW. The adding of MoreWIFI does make me wonder however...
There have been several cases on this list of people that needed to
remove MoreWIFI in order to get the older Lucent cards to work. As
in this example:

Is this phenomenon well understood? Hopefully we can test the new
driver in this scenario.
Also, have you enabled the WEP function in the new driver, I didn't
see mention of this? Perhaps that could finally silence all those
whiners who were too late or too cheap to pay for Hiroshi's original
driver ;~)
