It will work with any Newton from:
OMP/MP100, MP110/120/130, MP2000/2100 adn I think even the eMate 300 but
this is a guess since I've not tried it yet personally.
The older Newtons such as the OMP/100 will require a driver. Which should be
available on UNNA.
The MP110 & MP120 with NOS 1.3 I think still need this driver.

Will it work with any other computers?

It could be require some type of driver I would believe.
It does work with the Palm PDA with a driver that was written and sometimes
seen on eBay. It needs an adapter IIRC.
