I neglected to mention that extension stationary for the Notepad should
work fine when you have Hypernewt replacing the notepad. It is only
some extensions that do "interesting" modifications to the way Notepad
works that you may have problems (Super Notepad and Big Note for
example). If you want to have Hypernewt replace Notepad, I suggest you
freeze such packages first. Also it is a good idea to have Hypernewt
installed internally if you have it replace Notepad. Your Newt might
lock up and require a restart if you remove the card Hypernewt is on
while it is replacing Notepad.
