[NTLK] [OT] Fountain pen ink

I have used Pelikan, Mont Blanc, and Levenger fountain pens for years,
all with Levenger ink. The combination with Moleskine paper is not
ideal. Unfortunately, the paper the new Italian manufacturer is using is
a high-pulp variety that causes a lot of bleeding.

Sort of like real-world 'jaggies'
