[NTLK] Daylight saving/Euroland

Thanks again for the tip about the daylight saving prefs.

I'm using the country 'Euroland', in order to have the euro-symbol on my
Newt. I guess the daylight saving prefs were not the right ones.

The utility from SBM

allows to assign the right prefs to a country, which I did for Euroland.

This should keep the iCal appointments at the right time when syncing
with NewtSync.
