[NTLK] Paul's ATA drivers and registration

Anyone know the latest on Paul and registering for his ATA driver?

I FINALLY picked up a card and went to go look for a driver update and
register for the thing only to find out that it was 'closed'. Kinda bummed
since I now have a card I cannot use - was looking forward to MADMAX
enjoyment.
