[NTLK] WWNC 2009?

Anybody think people would attend?  I was thinking of trying to get one going.  I was thinking that the location could be Vancouver, BC, Canada, with live web broadcasting or at least a video of it.
I would be interested in your responses, and would be able to put the entire event on with little cost.  I could even have Interpreters with interpretation equipment.
