[NTLK] Connecting to Linux

Hello,
I have a MP2100, and a PC running Ubuntu Intrepid with WINE1.1. I read
somewhere that the best way to connect on linux was with NCU and WINE.
I was just wondering what kind of connection I should use for that.
The only type of connection I have available is Mac Serial (DIN-8)
will linux be able to read the keyspan adaptor?
