Didn't they have an AIM account that you can contact them through with
questions.
I use to have that on my list and would see them online often but of course
they'd also sign off during lunch.
I've not dealt with them for awhile, but beyond a higher than expected
shipping cost they were reliable.
If you need I've got some spare time and can give them a call - I'm in NY
and they are in NJ so it should be a problem :)
Contact me off list if they haven't contacted you... but give them a few
