A web server is a web server is a web server. There are many free ones for
Win32. IIS comes with Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Server2003.

Setting up the default with IIS is pretty simple - just check the box to
install it and click [Next][Next][Next] and you'll have a web listener on
port 80 on all IP numbers. The only thing Newton-specific that has to be
done is set the MIME type for PKGs.

There are problems with the Windows platform, but installing a web server
isn't one of them. :)
