[NTLK] Legacy Software

Anyone know who holds the licensing rights to Lunar Lander Pro?

I asked LandWare and received this reply:

First, many thanks for your interest. Due to a license issue we can not distribute this (and other LandWare) title.

Also on my list of where is it now software is Quick Figure Pro. Is there any way to still get these software titles?
