[NTLK] MP100 terminal app?

Is there any chance of me getting a terminal application going on my
MP100?

I see references to NewtTerm and TermLimit which should run on an OS
1.0 machine, but I can't find a link to either that still work. Anyone
know if either of these will actually work for what I want? I'd like
to monitor a serial stream at 9600 baud.
