[NTLK] eMate memory specs

I've asked this before but thought I'd try one more
time. Does anybody know the memory specs of the eMate
memory expansion card? These cards are not currently
available from any source I've been able to find and
was wondering if there's a suitable substitute. I've
got two hinge and battery fixed eMates I'd like to
place in children's hands but need the update for
obvious reasons.
