I asked for a quote on a rebuilt battery from Interstate. They told me
$85, in Iowa, for crying out loud. I think they just didn't feel like
doing it. I've had them rebuild other packs (field training collars,
robots, etc) and the quality has been variable. I'm not a fan.

OTOH, rebuilding the pack myself was not difficult, just time
consuming. And I ended up getting a couple emates later that month
with battery tray mods (which has worked great!).

I use my emates all the time. They are a bit of a company joke...
