Yes there are. One of them is NGP (Newton Graphics Package) that can be found in the Applications section of UNNA. It's the only one I know that works on OS 1.x (thankfully, unlike some other "good" apps). It's very similar to Newton Works Draw stationery and it can also be expanded with add-ons (there are several in its UNNA directory). Its only drawback is that it's kind of slow (at least on a MP1x0 - you spoiled MP2x00 users will probably experience more speed).
