I don't believe MailV was around in '98. SimpleMail was the precursor
to MailV. And it surely was.
There also used to be Eudora email, and one other, that was even more
popular, but I forgot its name.
A couple other thoughts.
* Notion, the List Manager was an oldie but goodie
* Action Names, like DateMan and MoreInfo. Today, if you search, you
can find the unlock codes.
Overall, though, I say you nailed the essential list. Good work.
