As a matter of fact, the pockets are quite useful. The larger one will
carry my iPod as well, and the smaller one will carry my headphones as well
as the radio plug-in. And I can use the little pocket to carry the
hands-free for my cell phone.
I'm making this choice because there are many times when I don't need
anything but my Newton, and auxiliary bits and pieces are irrelevant. If at
the same time, I'm wearing a jacket that hangs below my waist, I sometimes
find I attract attention of the stop-and-frisk kind, I suppose because it
looks like I'm trying (badly) to conceal something. If at that time I'm
also wearing trousers without a belt, I need the clip-on version of the
plain holster. I'd rather have multiple holsters than have difficulty
carrying my MP!
