After reading your post, I know what you mean. I first tried to pull
it out horizontally, which seems to give some more resistance compared
to pulling in a 90° angle. It does indeed come off easily by pulling
it the way you described.

Sorry for putting in doubt the accuracy of your instructions.

However, the main point of my post was the missing sound, and that's
still somehow unresolved.
