The best solution would be to goto Radio Shack and purchase a 00 Philips
screw driver or a set that included one.This of course is if you are in the
US.
Go by Frank's instructions, remove the back case, and of course remove the
lower bout of plastic which covers the compartment for the battery. This
needs to be done to re-seat the contact you are mentioning. If you were
locally in NYC area I'd do it for you.
