[NTLK] dumb question - uninstalling stuff

I've googled and searched but haven't found the answer yet. I installed
some sounds. I get a lot of -48204 errors in Newtcard whenever I assign
actions such as openings and sounds. I thought I would remove the
sounds I don't use but I cannot find them. I've tried Extensions,
Storage, Unfiled...
