I have the grid template... Somewhere in the basement. I'm still cleaning
things and hope to have enough space again to get the IIGS up and running.

I actually never got the AGT itself to work. I am missing the (much coveted)
"dongle" that connects it from the ][. So I have the interface card, the
AGT, but not the middle piece.

That was a trip down memory lane!

I remember using an Apple Graphics tablet on a II+ back in circa
1981. There should be a clear plastic grid template that fits in the
square depression where you draw--do you have that too? The first,
and last time I used it was to draw an image of the space shuttle. I
pressed so hard with the stylus I ruined that template. Good thing it
came with two!
