Sorry for the late response. I'm in! 
I have a 4MB card doing a great job of doing nothing and would gladly donate
it to a worthy cause. I'm in the prairie region of Canada (Edmonton) and
able to help in any way I can. 

"RA" - If you have a format or template you want to send I can certainly
load up the card and make it available. If you prefer I send it to you,
cool. I'm speculating the intent is to have one format for all to use so as
to avoid confusion. PERFECT. Let me know how I can help.

The card lending program can work in this (and others) situations.  
Postage would be low and no need to ship your Newton and/or worry  
about damage.

I have tested this idea and this card will patch any (and all) eMate's  
and 2000/2100's. A readme eBook will be included.

All the ROM patches (.pkg's) and Diagnostic Utilities have been  
dowloaded to the InOut box first, using Newt's Cape. Once in the  
InBox, I have moved them to a 4MB (Apple branded) Linear Flash  (Write  
Protected) card. This card can/will also contain Ethernet, NIE, WiFi,  
and More WiFi stuff, in case you get bootstrapped. Other fixes (Avi's,  
etc.) can be included, too.

I will mail the card to anyone who needs it. Wouldn't mind if it gets  
passed around, as needed. Otherwise, I would ask that it be returned  
back to me, for someone else to benefit from it.

P.S. IF ANYONE HAS AN EXTRA 4MB LENDER CARD, WE CAN GET SEVERAL MOVING
