Now here's an example - and no offense intended:
You have a Mac.com address, with a hotmail (did you mean "ecotone_tv
AT hotmail DOT com"?) address for software purchases.
By what indication would someone have this is legitimate Tactile
software?
If you go to Tactile.com you see "sales at tactile.com" as the address to
use. If it has been discussed before my apologies.
