Ok, the title is hyperbole, but consider:

Came across a really great product on paper.  Saw it the other day.  It's been in the works for a while, now on sale on amazon.  After Engadget covered it, they sold out on Amazon in 2 days.  It will be back in stock probably early February.  What is it?

It's a thin, large piece of LCD paper.  Input is typically done via a stylus.  It is supposed to replace paper for notetaking on the desk, or, it can be hung from the wall to replace white/chalkboards.  It can be erased with the push of a button, writing is clear AND pressure sensitive.  For note taking in the home or office, it looks great.  It uses a watch battery for power, and can be erased 50,000 times.  It's only $30.
