[NTLK] Connection Issue Resolved

Hi Everyone,
I had a question about a month back about at emate that would not connect to
my intel chip iMac.
I finally resolved the issue and thought maybe it might be helpful to
others.
I bought a dongle off of ebay for a Message Pad 2000 (or 2100) and used that
to connect to a generic brand 9 pin serial to USB adapter. After installing
the drivers on the iMac (prolific technology brand) everything is working
fine.
It was the serial port on the emate that had been the problem and not using
that has been the solution.
If anyone is interested in a keyspan US-28 usb to serial adapter let me
know.
