I don't know whether the Notes package doesn't include the note's name
when sending notes or if it's just that Blunt doesn't send it over
Bluetooth, but it's definitely something I've had to get used to.
IC/VC does the same thing when sending Dates items as .ics over
Bluetooth: they always come through as "Calendar.ics".
