[NTLK] pretty interesting

As a parent of now adult daughters, I do not defer my parental
responsibilities to any software or hardware manufacturer. I stayed involved
with what they were doing and who they were doing it with. By teaching them
what was right, what was wrong and what was just in poor taste, I didn't
need to worry about the websites they went to or what movies, books, etc
they viewed. I have never had a cause to be worried. One daughter has a
degree in English and is a licensed insurance agent and the other is working
on her masters in arts administration. My philosophy has and is that
children will live up to or down to what is expected of them. <now gets off
his soap box and reads about Newtons.>

As a parent of young teen age girls, I find this comment to be
terribly irresponsible. I suppose you would want your daughter showing
up on some unsavory web site?
