[NTLK] [ADMIN] NewtonTalk Web Site Offline

Hello everyone.

The NewtonTalk web site (and web interface for the mailing list) is  
offline this morning. The web services (and this mailing list) are  
hosted at Media Temple, but their status page doesn't indicate that  
anything is wrong. I'll continue to investigate.
