That's right, no jail breaking. Each iOS developer gets up to 100 registered devices for debugging purposes. You then build a app with the provisioning profile that contains the devices you want to allow and then distribute it.
If you use the link I posted I will add you to my testflight beta list and you will get a email with a link to the einstein download. Testflight is not required, but just makes things easier...
