When a coworker recommended the software package.
I went to their website and read up on it. I haven't signed on for it yet,
but there was a part there that said:

Everything you capture is automatically processed, indexed, and made
searchable. If you like, you can add tags or organize notes into different
notebooks.

and...

Search for notes by keywords, titles, and tags. Evernote magically makes
printed and handwritten text inside your images searchable, too.
which reminded me a lot of how soup would work.
