[NTLK] USB-Serial adapter NCX compatibility

Both adapters will work with NCX. I would suggest the USA-19 because you
can use it with Windows as well as OS X. Technically you can use and
USB-Serial adapter with NCX as long as there are OS X drivers. You will
just have to go into NCX's preferences and choose the correct port.
