[NTLK] The youngest Newton aficionado ever...

It's awesome to see people that young looking into the newtons! I'm 20, and
the Newton was discontinued on my birthday. :'( I tried to get my mother to
buy a newton for many years, but she went with the Palm Pilot instead. (at
the time, pilots where still cheaper than the 2x00 series) After her palm
died, she again asked what to buy. My response was the same, a MP2100. She
loves that little guy dearly, and now wishes she would have taken my
original recommendation and just went with the newton to begin with.

I'm not very active here, because I've got all the problems ironed out of
my newton. (mainly by just sticking with my PowerMac 8500 under 7.6.1) but
I do love reading the thoughts of the community -- and I find it awesome
that you'll be giving a kid a newton. Hopefully he comes around and maybe
starts looking into other apple products of the era. :D
