[NTLK] Einstein Simulator Status Update 2

Thanks guys. I published the main interpreter loop in the Google Code Subversion repo. I hope it will work on other machines as well. This is tested with OS X 10.8.2 and Xcode 4.5.1. It would be interesting to see if this works on other OS's, particularly iOS and Android ;-)
