[NTLK] Weird OMP Boot Cycle & Diagnostics Menu

James,

I more or less did almost nothing. The OMP was sitting in a box of
mine for a few months before I came home. The batteries were dead and
I just started it up with the power adapter. The screen does this very
strange cycle, fills all the way up, then scrolls a grid across the
screen. I just let it run through and either came back later or
restarted it until the diagnostics came up. The link you gave shows
the exact same menu, but it was all really glitchy and nothing could
be selected.
