Seriously--at first I thought the whole Poutine thing was strictly a regional affair and of no other consequence.

NOW, I AM MOST CURIOUS...and can't wait to try it myself (as a connoisseur of things like rattlesnake meat--yes, it tastes like chicken--and fried insects.)

I think the description of using KFC gravy is what threw me. It's not bad for being fast food gravy.

Is this the Canadian plan for World Dominance?
