I've used Nebo on an Inexpensive HP tablet running Windows 10.

The performance was sluggish on my underpowered device, and it wasn't as well integrated as the Newton's, but it worked.

I reached out to them with some questions and they replied with info about a conference they host every year: http://www.futurewrite.com

To accomplish this feat, we needed to interpret the meaning of the digital ink in real time, not just display the ink strokes. We created the Interactive Ink <http://myscript.com/interactive-ink/?utm_source=corporate%20site&utm_campaign=Interactive%20Ink&utm_medium=Home%20banner> technology that powers Nebo and provide the development tools for others to build advanced digital handwriting applications. We host the world’s only conference for digital writing. It is in Silicon valley in late Oct. You should plan to attend. www.futurewrite.com <http://www.futurewrite.com/>
