From my experience: Don’t use any wireless security option), and always use manual IP and DNS. I know is not secure but I resolved this problem by setting the weakest power of my access point (10% - the range is about 2 meters only) and hide SSID. So, thanks to this no one outside mu house can connect to this AP, even if SSID could be discovered.
