[NTLK] Intel Series 2+ 16MB wrong size on Newton

Both, Series 2 and Series 2+ are fine for Newton. The only difference is that Series 2+ works only on 120, 130, 2x00 and eMate - NewtonOS 2.0 only.
Value Series 200 don’t work with Newtons.
