[NTLK] Followup on EM300 upgrade board

Hello Frank.

  Why are they charging you for "ERSA tip reactivator"?.
   That's used in selective soldering machines,  used to solder throughhole
connectors and components.  A pure SMD board like  a memory module never
goes into a selective soldering machine.
