[NTLK] Are there any updates for ncx?

I bought such a cable but it goes from USB to a large rectangular serial plug. I will some how need to find an extra plug from rectangular to the small round serial they fits into the Newton. Or is there a direct cable usb to round serial for sale someware? If so a link would really help
