Ten years ago or so I rebuilt several Newton battery packs. The experience was enjoyable for the most part and rewarding when they actually worked, but in the end it was just easier overall to use NiMH cells in the AA battery sled and keep spares charged at the ready. -- Mahalo, Forrest (Proudly sent from my MP2100 using Mail V)
