The short version is (for experienced coocks):
Get Einstein from GitHub, install everything that is required according to einstein/Drivers/README, then open a shell and change into the einstein/Drivers/ subdirectory, type 'make'.
The longer version would describe how to download the original developer tools, and wehre to put them on your disk, how to install mosrun, etc. . And how to find out if and where the resource forks of some of the MacOS Classic files went. I assume that it does actually work pretty well. IIRC, the einstein/Drivers/Makefile was created by Paul Guyot, and after I published mosrun, he converted the original MPW Makefile from MacOS Classic to Unix/Linux/MacOSX.
Ideally, someone with some patience would give this approach a go and write their experiences down in a more verbose README.txt . And I guess I know who this someone is going to be 😳 .
