[NTLK] Monthly event online for Newton Users

It would have to be a Saturday or Sunday for me to view or participate. I vote for the same time as WONC—9 am US PDT (also same for MST—GMT -7). Not too early for us US WEST COASTers, not too late for those in Europe.

Perhaps every other month or third month we could modify the time so folks in the Asian continent/islands could participate as well.
