Have you tried WorksDraw, the draw package that was bundled with works on
the eMate. WorksDraw has scroll bars.

My only problem with WorksDraw, however is that it dose not have a "snap to
grid" function. This function I really miss.

Any one knows of a vector drawing package as potent as WorksDraw and
supports "snap to grid"
