Unfortunately, these Intellilink files only work with version 3.5. They
won't work with older versions, nor the newer versions. If you want to sync
with Now, you need to use Now Sync.

That said, I use this, and it typically works flawlessly with the following
caveats:
1. Make sure that you modify data only on one platform. If you modify a
contact on both the Newton and Now, the changes you made on the Newton are
lost.
2. Now Sync doesn't sync custom fields. This means that email and notes
aren't synced. This is the biggest bummer, as I have valuable info in the
notes, and would like email on my Newton.
3. I recommend starting with either an empty Newton or empty Now file. If
not, that first sync is a major bummer, as you have to do a "find duplicate
and merge" to get the data from the two platforms together. It can really
muck up your data. I survived a sync like this with about a thousand names,
but, 4 or 5 years later, I'm still finding the odd contact with info in the
wrong fields. :-)

BTW, I agree, Now is the best contact management for Mac. It is the most
powerful, flexible and useful. Too bad it's so ugly. :-)
